     品质保证制度-完善的工程标准

正式加工前会拟定一套完善的工程标准规范和指导现场作业:
BOM: 原材料、包材、配件、工装夹具、量具清单。
SIP：进料、制程、成品及出货检验，规范各检测站点判定标准、检验工具、时机、频率。
PFC：每一产品工艺流程（工序顺序、标准加工时间及产能）。
SOP：车削、铣削、研磨、钻孔、铣角、压花等各工序作业指导书，规范每一工序的控制方法，管控项目及异常对应的措施。


Uality Ensuring System Perfect Engineered Standard

Draw up a perfect engineered standard to direct the field operation before formal manufacturing.
BOM:raw material,material packaging,fittings,jig and fixture,bill of measure .

SIP:charging,manufacturing process,finished product and delivery inspection,regulate the standard of criteria,instrument of inspection , occasion,frequency of each test link.

PFC:Technological process of each product(sequence of working procedure,normal process time,capability).

SOP:Instructor for each process :turning, polishing, drilling ,milling angle ,embossing and so on, is to regulate the controlling method of each procedure, the controlling item, measure of abnormity.
